3.3 Account Security

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100 (one hundred taka).
• Deposits must be sent from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is an issue, please contact support.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking account used for deposits.
• Under normal circumstances, the withdrawal process takes 10 to 45 minutes to complete.
• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5 for details).

5.1 Welcome Bonus

rk66 offers new members a welcome bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 → receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Example 2: Deposit ৳18,000 → receive maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 25 times (25x)
• Example: Receive a ৳1,000 bonus → ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable — they cannot be moved to another account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active on a single account at the same time, unless specifically permitted.
• rk66 reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed and the bonus forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

rk66's VIP program for regular players has four tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your overall activity and participation on the platform.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

rk66 is committed to ensuring fair and impartial outcomes in all games. All games available on our platform are operated by internationally certified game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and others) and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Betting Limits

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the rk66 platform. If any of these are proven, the account will be closed and the associated funds forfeited:

• Coordinated betting ("arbitrage") with the intent to abuse the bonus system or promotions
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors in the platform
• Attempting to access the system through hacking, malware, or any other unlawful means
• Using an account for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Threatening, intimidating, or harassing other members
• Operating games using artificial intelligence, bots, or automated software

9.1 rk66's Authority

rk66 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If any violation of these Terms is established
• If suspicious activity is detected on the account
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided
• For legal or regulatory requirements

9.2 Closed at the User's Request

If you wish to close your account at any time, you may contact the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance before the account is closed, however any bonus that has not met its wagering requirements will be forfeited.

9.3 Funds in Suspended Accounts

For accounts closed due to rule violations, a refund of the original deposit (for valid and verifiable transactions) will be considered, however all bonuses and any winnings earned from bonuses will be forfeited.

• Loss or delays caused by the user's internet connection or device issues
• Technical problems caused by third parties (payment providers, game developers)
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives
• Financial losses incurred by the user as a result of exercising their own judgment
